Showcase – View Our Work - Basement Beam Installation

Customer deleted load-bearing wall in the basement and noticed the kitchen was settling. S&A Construction used a truss plant to help size the LVL beam for the load and required span. The customer prepped the area and was to finish after the beam installation. Before photos showing the wall before deletion which showed load tags were provided by the customer. A consultation from a professional contractor should always be sought before removing a wall.
